Anthony Walters brings 25+ years of executive leadership in addiction and behavioral health. A founding partner of Pinnacle Behavioral Health Systems, he’s led startups and operations across Texas, Arizona, Arkansas, Minnesota, and Ohio. His past roles include VP of Operations with General Catalyst, CEO at Acadia Healthcare, and CEO of Greenhouse Treatment Center. Walters excels in optimizing operations, driving revenue growth, enhancing payor mix, and maximizing EBITDA. He developed integrated systems across 70+ properties and has deep expertise in clinical, regulatory, and financial functions. He holds a master’s in Health Services Administration from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

Andrew McWilliams is a seasoned healthcare executive with 20+ years of leadership in behavioral health and acute care operations, finance, and strategy. He has a strong track record in hospital administration, multi-site program oversight, and regulatory compliance. Andrew has launched new service lines, improved clinical operations, and led strategic partnerships across public and private sectors. As a consultant, he specializes in turnaround strategy, payer relations, and operational efficiency. His expertise helps healthcare organizations enhance quality, expand access, and achieve sustainable growth through measurable performance improvements and strategic alignment across systems.

Ambrozino Storr is a seasoned behavioral health executive with over a decade of experience launching, managing, and optimizing behavioral health and addiction treatment programs. He partners with hospitals to enhance clinical operations, ensure compliance, and grow census. Ambrozino has led multi-site systems, developed specialized services, and turned around underperforming programs. As a consultant, he offers expertise in start-up planning, business development, staffing, and performance improvement. Known for his hands-on, results-driven approach, Ambrozino helps organizations build sustainable, high-quality behavioral health services that deliver measurable outcomes and long-term success.

Georgie is a seasoned marketing professional specializing in strategic marketing, branding, leadership, and business development within the behavioral health space. With over four decades of experience, she helps organizations define their identity, grow their footprint, and connect meaningfully with referral sources and communities. Known for a results-driven approach, Georgie partners with leadership teams to develop targeted growth strategies, enhance brand positioning, streamline admissions and strengthen internal culture. At 360 Behavioral Health Group, Georgie brings a fresh perspective and actionable insights that drive visibility, improve engagement, and support long-term success across all aspects of program development and growth.

Dr. Kaplan completed his undergraduate degree at the University of California at Berkeley from 1992-1995 and his residency training in Internal Medicine at University Medical Center from 2001 to 2004 in Las Vegas Nevada. He has been a Hospitalist from 2004 to present and has worked in Addiction and Recovery since 2012. His expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of acute medical conditions in combination with Wellness allows for a comprehensive approach to recovery and healthcare. He is committed to supporting clients with treatment strategies that are based on evidence, experience, and compassion. “Being reliable, consistent and patient are key elements to supporting the wellbeing and recovery of clients during times of physical and emotional distress.”

Cindy Troyani is an accomplished HR executive with nearly 25 years of experience in behavioral health, higher education, and nonprofit sectors (signalhire.com). Currently serving as Human Resources Director at New Mexico Behavioral Healthcare since November 2023, she previously held HR leadership roles at First Dawn Recovery, Health Innovations Network, Zenith Behavioral Health, Monte Nido, Southwest Key Programs, and Southwest Behavioral & Health Services (signalhire.com). Cindy also teaches as an Adjunct Professor at Ottawa University and began her career at University of Phoenix and Workway (signalhire.com). She holds advanced degrees including a Doctor of Behavioral Health from Arizona State University, an MBA, and a Master’s from Capella University (signalhire.com).
